Only having one Medic would make him even more gamebreaking then he already is though. If one team manages to kill the Medic of the other, they'll have uber first and can easily push forward, which might most likely lead to their victory. With two Medics on the other hand, the loss of one isn't quite as devastating for the team.
Either way, Medics will always be the gamebreaking class, whether there are two or one. But in my humble opinion, with two you have a little bit more options, thus the game could be a bit more diverse. That's just my view though.

A fair point, It probably is best to stick to two medics. Especially on a map none of us really know very well.
With two Medics on the other hand, the loss of one isn't quite as devastating for the team.
On the other hand, the other team still has 2 medics, so is likely to win as well...
I like the idea of one medic in a team up to 6 players, everything above should be seen accordingly to the situation...
