I hope so, its the only way my team can go through. Well, assuming we magically beat Bomasters team 15-0.

Right lets clear this up, evidentally none of us are reading into these things properly.

Ked's point said that he would prefer what you are saying DJ, the winners of the groups play the runners up. So thats fine, that would make it interesting

But Ked also made the point that one wild card team would be in the semi finals. Now we cant have both.

So basically we either say complete random selection for the four matches, or the winners play the runners up and the wild cards play and one wild card goes to the semis. Which is best???

Now I think about it, it does seem a little unfair that a 3rd placed team is guaranteed a place in the semis.

It is possible to arrange fixtures so that group winners plus highest 3rd place team play against runners up or next best 3rd place without duplicating matches (and without both 3rd place teams playing each other).

Right the decision is that there is no decision essentially, I will be running it and working it out in a fair way. To make it nice and easy to understand, i wont explain it :P. But furies has come up with a nice way to make the match ups so thats what ill be doing. (WAV)

But suffice to say it involves set of balls number 3, 'guenevere' and John Willan (that dude with the white gloves).
