Hi Guys and Gals. As some of you may know we've been challenged by a clan for a while now for a match on the 6th of jan:

Also I was made match orginiser which basically means I run round like a headless chicken trying to sort stuff out. Now that the holidays have kinda quieted down a bit I'm beginning to try and get orginised.

For this match I really just wanna see if it is feasible: Can we get a team together with subs? this will be a just for fun lets go and get them kind of deal. Doubt we can get any kind of practice or proper tactics up. But what I really really need to know as soon as possible please is can we get a team of 8 + substitutions to dedicate a few hours on sunday the 6th to fight another clan?

I dont really know the time yet, and I haven't gone on IRC or anything yet to contact them formally. What im gonna do is check this thread for the next couple of days (until the 30th of dec) and if we have enough people signed up I will formally start arranging this.

As for who gets on the team:
I think idealy we want 8 player squad with 4 subs who can jump in if someone gets disconnected, has to go for some reason.

By submitting your name to this thread you are confirming that you have this time (6th jan, probably evening ish but to be confirmed) free to play. I would like anyone submitting thier name to state whether they can 100% make it, or 99% make it. This basically applies to anyone who has parents or g/f or family which might affect you playing (i.e. have to do homework or w/e).

The final pick of the team will be made by the most senior clan member attending and their word is final. Please bear in mind though that there will be plenty more of these to come, but we still need every bit of support the members can offer.

Oh also please state your class preferences and if you choose a...shall we say specialised class such as: sniper, spy, engineer, we'd really like to know if you can handle yourself with other classes. I personally am a believer in a dynamic team where everyone changes class depending on the situation at hand.

Please inform other clan members about this event as I dont know how often people read the forums. (dont know if we can add this kind of thing to the MOTD and perhaps draw people's attention to this space?)

And try and keep your submissions in the same format.
