Please post on this topic to book the server for a certain time over the next two weeks. Matches should take around 30-40minutes. Give time and date and try to prevent clashes with other matches or other community events

Good man patch, good to see the matches are being organised. Cheers to all the folks that are workingo n getting there match orgnised. Quick reminder to everyone that I will be away from tomorrow afternoon till Tuesday night. Any problems with anything that may affect your game postpone it till I get back. Keep the peace with everyone, dont get into arguments and we will all have a good tournament.
Just one quick thing I want to mention. I am quite amazed at Team europe (Team Crash) and their enthusiasm towards the event. They have even created a team flag!. But what has more impressed me and I encourage anyone to do this if they feel it necessary, is an excel sheet stating when their players are all available for the week. So they can give this to opposing captain and let him decide when to play the match. This is very good work from (Shiner I believe) and Team europe and as I said I do encourage everyone to try and do this sort of thing so matches can be organised a little easier.

now that our schedule for next week is available (and next week only, there will be a new schedule every week) i ask Team Greece to start suggesting a date and an hour. (FYI Thursday at 17.00 isn't free)

dreamer PM me yesterday and i told him on steam to wait for today because i didn't have a "ok" by all members of Team Crash. Today..... still waiting for one last "ok". If that doesn't happen until Sunday night we both have to find a new date. maybe Thursday or later because i can't Tuesday and dreamer said your team can't Wednesday. Besides.... in our schedule we have Monday full so i ask to the other teams that will, in another week, have to choose a date to use one that is free.

this way all the members that have to face our team can find here our weekly free time schedule. We can also announce multi chat meetings with the other team members. Another thing, this way not only leaders but also other team members can communicate with each other. This way we don't have to wait for the X member to tell the Leader to cancel a certain match. And other teams can check our dates to see if the server is free or not.
i see only pros about creating a group and it doesn't hurt so if you're going to face us or you have some curiosity about us (who doesn't? ) come and join
