This echoes my pms that showing up for your matches is vital. Bedizen was sat on his own without any players. I was at work so was confirmed to not be there. The rest gave no prior notice. Well it was a good match, bit messy getting everything going but it started in the end. I had to switch to my laptop meaning i warped every 30 seconds on a wireless connection. Very annoying, but we powered on and it was a good game, Unfortunately a loss for team Ireland, but good game by team europe.

Well unfortunately team UK have had a rocky team this time. Sir lister has not shown for some time which is why I allowed Team UK to use two ringers at the penalty of only 2 matches. Even small, these two matches could have won the match for Team UK. However it was a good game from Team Europe and they finish top of the group and progress through to the knockouts.

Comment - After reviewing the screenshot for this match I found that Yorkshire were using two ringers to play the match. As is the rules with this format, a 5 game penalty should have applied to yorkshire for using two ringers. The score must be altered from 17-2 to 12-7. Still a win for Yorkshire

Congrats to all the teams who have qualified, thank you to all who have partcipated up to now but did not qualify.

I realize it's hard to comprehend we actually may have won a match, but the match against Team UK was a victory for The Bouzouki Conspiracy (Greece) 10-9, albeit a close one

Pity my ping was hovering arround the 150ms mark (I got kicked 2 times for 200ms +) and I might have been able to put on a better show

Good game though.

Yes, the night was an adventurous one to say the least..

holland vs yorkshire 12-7

Well we started playing rather late on , were 7-0 down at one point only to come back to 7-7. The 2 game penalty did not help, but was a good game.

Good luck to all teams next week , if thats when the knockouts happen. I wont be taking part because:
a) Team uk got knocked out
b) I would not have been avaialble as I will be on me hols. in Tenerife

North 17 - Surrey 2

Well ladies and gentlemen, Can you believe it, the group stages of HH nations cup2 are already over. There have been some interesting matches and as I said at the bottom of the main post, thank you to all who have taken part in the tournament to this point. To whoever did not get through, you did well and thank you for organising yourself and getting the games done. For a lot of people it is hard to specify exactly when they are available, so weldone to any team member who made it to each of their games.

And to the players who made it through, this is where the real fun begins. Tactics start to play aart in the next few games. Games are longer, teams are tougher, and pride is at stake. Keeping a constant level on your play has never been more important (its the Nations cup after all!!)

Will Finland go on to regain their title as the best Nation in the HH? Will scotland lift their kilts and scare the nasty finnish away? Will the english teams finally do something good and show europe why they are still there? Or will we have a surprise and see an outside team come into the ranks and play in the final just as we saw the RoTW team do in the first cup. All shall be revealed in the coming weeks. So again for those who arent playing anymore, stay tuned for when the matches are on. Source Tv is a good place to watch the games unfold

I'd just like to point out that England have done brill, especially as we have already surpassed where the England football team will get to in 2010...
