- I have no strong feelings one way or the other towards Bazillion. - 'Simply don't care too much for TF2 CTF maps. (Sorry, Jonny!) - 'Would love to see Boundary being played regularly at HH! In case you care to have a look at 'em these are some more tried and true custom PL maps that are not on HH up to now, as far as I can recall: pl_beerbowl_b4 (e.g. http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/117832) pl_borax_rc2 pl_deadwood (e.g. http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/110045) pl_everest_v3_b4 (e.g. http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/128106) pl_halfacre pl_outback_rc4 pl_repository_rc3 pl_stovepipe_b3 pl_zig_z2a (e.g. http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/97830) [edit]'Bit tricky to keep track which maps are on which server, esp. since some maps are hardly actually played, even if they are available. Also, I've now added some fpsbanana links.[/edit] |

Great to hear that this went well! Yes, those maps mentioned by Sam and Daystar are already on HH1, HH2 & HH5, as is pl_borax_rc2. |

Didn't really get much time for this as I was needed for a match soz. What I did see I wasn't a big fan of undermined although it did seem to play ok. Base area coming out of spawn the layout was over complicated and confused. Corridors and doorways were too narrow in places. Underneath routes seemed too disconnected from the rest of the map. Didn't get long enough on Bazzilion to really pass judgement. Wasn't the easiest layout to grasp I will say that, looked a little on the conveluted side, on the flip side of that though it also seemed like it would have some very interesting areas of play that are a little more broken up than the norm in TF2 and that can't be a bad thing. Didn't get to see the PL map, maybe in later weeks we can tack the most popular ones from previous weeks on the end of the newer ones to extend the night a little for late comers etc? |

I think that's a very good idea, i mean the event could have lasted a couple of hours more as the server was still full at 9pm. I also agree it would be nice to have like a fourth map that could be the most popular one from the previous week. Now about the time spent on each map, may be once you've had one round as blue and one round as red, you do want to play the next map but may be it's just me, i'd like to know what people think about map cycle timing. |

I would say the best is two change to the next map after playing one round as red and blue, maybe one more on complicated maps. For me this is enough, cause you can play every map in about 1 1/2 hours. Imo it's the best way to get to know every map in one night... |

Yeah I think 40 mins is a bit too long, 30 mins would be better for next time. Then we could fit a 4th map in as well. |
