Apart from that I'm sure I nominated Frog? Ese? To be frank he should get this and a lifetime achievement award for the amount of effort he's put into the HH.

He won last year's and he'd have won this year's and the next year's the and the year after that's too, give someone else a chance

I asked eSe to remove me from anything I had been nominated for, because I don't really do things for recognition. I just do things because I can and because they either need doing or that I hope whatever it is might improve things or be useful to the community. I know what I've done this year and that's enough for me. Which includes off of the top of my head; endless sourcemod/server updates and HH3/HH5 reconfigurations, setting up Dodgeball, Armageddon Kitty, Prophunt, Minecraft, TF2 Beta, Dystopia, etc server and whatever else servers for the mid week mass-up. Got a unified Mumble server together after all the needless back-biting. A complete over-haul of the forum, Set up a whole BC2 administration and banning system, a TF2 reporting system for when admins aren't around, an automatic TF2 map pack creator for website, a Reddit TF2 RSS feed, 50 odd new games in the Arcade, devised spawn protection system based on class speed, divised 3rd Birthday celebration event, promotion and HH gift log, created live in-game World Cup goal scored and match results system and implemented in-game trigger for live World Cup commentary stream from IRC, Automated donation tracking between Paypal and website, backloaded all previous donation data, wrote donation recognition system for forum rank and TF2 servers. Wrote betakey distribution system for |H|H| Dogfighter game promotion. Custom configs for Highlander matches, automatic recording and archiving of match demos. TF2 crit preference. Fixed TF2 servers and main server when it hacked twice using my phone whilst I was in field at a festival, what a dull read.. yadda yadda yadda.

Sam's focus on events has been great for the |H|H|, they are an integral part of any community, and he has done a fantastic job in organising, devising, promoting and presenting them. Real dedication.
