Same issue as last time, I don't know what map would be best for the whole team.

Obscure since that was denied last time.

Isn't one of the rules that we choose maps that weren't in the last Summer Showdown?

It's a good rule because we can practice them.
Eventually we'll probably be repeating maps and would be better at them.

So for now it doesn't matter what maps would be good.
I don't think team rosters will be changing that much to be honest.

Everyone please turn up on Mumble 30 minutes before the match so we can go over a strategy.

How about the time shown on the first post be the time we're supposed to be on Mumble?
So basically 6:30pm.

It may be much easier to remember the time we need to arrive at rather than the time we're going to play at.
