AUTUMN ASSAULT #3 - 7v7 COMMUNITY CLASH

This is the third in a series of internal Hampshire Heavies community matches.

Date & Format

• Sunday 25th September
• 7pm GMT+1 (British Summer Time)
• 8pm GMT+2 (Central European Summer Time)
• on HH server 5 - hh5.thehh.co.uk:27055
• 7 players a side
• Class limit of 2 for soldiers and scouts
• Class limit of 1 for other classes
• Three heavy classes maximum (soldier, heavy, demoman)
• Two maps of roughly 30 minutes each

All weapon unlocks are banned, except for those listed below.

Maps
Maps are chosen randomly from several pools. First a 5CP map is chosen, then another maptype pool (including 5CP, AD, PL(R), CTF, and KOTH) is selected. A map from within that pool is randomly selected again.

Win conditions:

• 5CP - team with mostcaps after 30 mins, or that gets 5 more caps than their opponent
• PL/AD - stopwatch, best of 1
• Gravelpit- stopwatch, best of 3
• CTF - most caps after 30 minutes
• KOTH - best of 5

Voice chat
Microphones are mandatory for these events as a greater level of communication is needed. Mumble will be used for voice chat - follow this easy guide to set it up.

Watch live
The event will be broadcast live on SourceTV (type connect hh5.thehh.co.uk:27024 into console).

Rules

• Stay on the server for the full hour
• If you can't attend, let your team leader know well before the match
• Be prepared to communicate and cooperate with your teammates
• Turn up at least 30 minutes early! Pre-match discussion is important and everyone needs to be there. Do anything you need to do before 6.30.

Make sure you have a working microphone, and signup with this form.

If you've got comp experience, I'd be grateful if you'd volunteer to be a team leader.

maybe people are not interested in internals as much. They would want to pit themselves against another clan I suppose....

I'll probably be able to sign up to the next one as I'm getting a mic soon

I sadly cannot play this weekend :C But I'll sign up for the next one most likely at least though!

It's unplayable for me every time I play on HH5 for some reason, so I won't be any help.
