I can't take part in playing tf2 events anymore, not till July anyway, but I can still try and give something a kickstart. How about a weekly Fight Night at 7pm every week like before, but more organic and less organization by a single individual? I (or someone else) posts up the same generic details in this forum every week, people put their names down and they all hop on mumble 10 minutes before the match, organize themselves into teams and pick two maps to play.

It would require commitment from the people participating in moving things forward on time, getting their friends to come in as ringers when people dont turn up etc. The biggest roadblocks to getting the game started quickly would be sorting people into teams and choosing maps. So I might make a thing that randomly assigns players into teams and randomly chooses a map from a list. These would be posted into the thread to use as a default if people aren't being decisive.

Format would be 6v6 - 9v9, different class limits for different playercounts. Dunno about weapon restrictions. Saturdays at 7pm UK time. It'd be on HH5 so any reg could get it going.

If anyone wants a stab at doing another New Map Night that'd be much appreciated, though it requires more effort.
