Fight Club is a Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition tournament for HH regs and members only. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to take part. Don't be shy, it's only a bit of fun.

Mumble - Although not essential, all players are encouraged to be on mumble while the tournament is running.

Rules (subject to change)

1. The tournament will follow a double elimination format. I will randomly generate the brackets after signups have closed. The tournament brackets are final and will not be changed.

2a. Each match will be a best of 5 rounds, with one round lasting a maximum of 99 secs.
2b. The exception to rule 2a are the finals (winners, losers and grand) which will be a best of 5 matches (3 rounds per match).

3. All players should be on Games For Windows Live 15 minutes before the tournament starts.

4. Please ensure your connection is as stable as possible before the tournament starts. No downloads or programs running in the background, and if possible no other people sharing your connection while you are playing.

5. If you are causing unplayable lag, you're opponent has the right to ask you to fix the problem and restart the match. If you are not able to fix the problem you may be asked to forfeit that match. If this was your first match, you have until your losers bracket match to fix the problem. After which you may be asked to leave the tournament.

6. It is requested that you set your frame rate to fixed, and turn v-sync on in the game options as this will help the game run smoothly.

7. You may change your character choice as you wish for each match you play in.

8. All people wishing to take part must have signed up by 6pm UK time on the day of the tournament

Might wanna make brackets finals best of 5 btw for viewer enjoyment and negate the randomness.

We usually do a best of 3 matches for the final. Just forgot to include it. Added now. Thanks.

oh i was talking about best of 5 matches. I did misread and didn't realize u are talking about best of 1 matches basically.

What I meant was everything except the finals would be best of 3 MATCHES and finals would be best of 5 but i guess that would take up quite a lot of time.

Yeah we did this before and it was a bit too long.

I'm in favour of single matches with bo5 rounds, winners'-/losers'- and grand-finals being bo5 matches.
