How do you watch the .dem file? |

Place the file in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[USERNAME]\team fortress 2\tf Then at the main menu bring up the console (default tilde ` key), and type playdemo <demoname>. Though after typing playdemo it will bring up a list that you can scrolldown or go straight to by typing the first letter. Also note that you have to rename any .dem files with spaces in them to remove the spaces. Usefull commands include demoui2 to bring up the demo player, though bear in mind whilst it's up you won't be able to swap players in a SourceTV demo (multiperspective), and stop. |

http://www.redrum-demos.net/category/tf2-gameformat/6vs6/ Here are some more. My favourite teams to watch are 4Kings, Syre, TLR. Tagan (so glad they're back) and //fracture. They're good to pick up some tips, but don't expect to copy their moves shot for shot and suddenly become pro - as nubonamission said it's more about understand the thought process behind their actions. |
