To fix the mantreads, maybe add a 50% jump height boost, which I think would also affect rocket jumps.

Add a +15% movement speed buff to the demo boots or the chargin targe to neutralize the scotsman skullcutter debuff pls.

Err, aren't the stats on it active (not passive) now? So its not exactly fair to do that, and its fine as it is.

I'd say Demoknight is already op enough as he is and buffing the wee booties/bootlegger is just gonna make it worse.

Yes but the scotsman is very weak compared tonthe other swords,speed debuff should be decrease to 10%

No, just no.

The thing is good as it is for now. Long range, high damage and slow speed only applies when its active (its not meant for hardcore demoknight). We should worry about other demoman melees, like the Claidheamh Mòr.

Skullcutter is ok, 4 hits equal around 1k damage(less if you're not reg, more if you are).

Black Box is fine enough as it is as it can make you rocket jump, damage the boss and do it over again even without Gunboats. It was one of the weapons which needed a nerf compared to all other primaries.
