In fact, no!
If you manage to find an already well made Boss (or you can make one, but not just the skin), and if Blinx or Frog like it...
It could be chosen!

I was thinking of a Jigsaw boss.

His class could be Scout and a good weapon for him would be the Three Rune Blade.
It's stats would be:
+200% damage bonus
+Deals 3x falling damage to person you land on
+1 capture rate on wearer
-45% slower firing speed, making him unable to be the typical m1 spam scout boss.

Speed: 110% slightly faster than the Medic.
Abilities: Teleport. Recharges after 30 seconds
Rage: Everyone in a medium radius is switched to BLU for 5 seconds, and the boss is then teleported to a random RED player.

freddy fazbear boss
freddy fazbear appears one of animatoniacs with bonnie,chica and foxy in five nights at freddys which is want to kill guard. appeared in freddy fazbears pizza the face of all game in the game he trying to kill guard in night 3 if energy out freddy kills guard and stuffes in suit
class:soldier
weapion:bones (invisible)
+200% damage
deals 3x faling damage on person which you land (goomba stomp)
caps like a normal hale
-40% of knock back
range of attack:classic range of all hales
speed:120%
super jump:teleport avilable after 29 seconds
rage:stun in meduin rage and all map blind with freddy close range face it works 6-10 seconds
intro:freddy music box
monster kill:evil freddy laugh
1 man kill:nothing

dude many bosses sometimes same like a ass pancakes - vagineer so why not also freddy is nice will be also he rages more then servant but his blind is not fully blind his blind have a low alpha effect which changes to mediun alpha and then to fully blind and again to small also he have a little knock back ressistence

ben from creepy pasta appears in story in game he follows link with teleport and catches him if he playing song of healing after that link burns and playing song of unhealing

rage:stun and teleport to random player a zone where he teleport makes players near burn with 70 damage per sec burn works 5 secs blind for 3 secs and get 10 inst teleportations use r+attack no cool down to get this rage ben must lose 2000 hp
passive:falls very fast like weaping angels what makes him hard to fall
super jump:teleport avilable after 10 seconds cannot attack 3 seconds after teleport

I would love to see the Postal Dude as a Hale. Although I can only imagine him being another Duke Nukem clone. [mixed] Carrying a visible shovel as a weapon and using a shotgun for rage.
