She would be the spy class, because she is mostly doing spy-like things, and the revolver would fit in, and she would be 5% faster than scout.
Rage:
She would get a revolver(or the "Double Agent") with crits that kill every class in one shot, expect the heavy. (Around 200 damage. Won't kill some overhealed classes) and she would scare people around her. (Around 3-5m radius)

MY IDEA FOR THE BOSS:
Class: Demoman

[*]Instead of Superjump, he can temporarily hover in the air (using his jetpack)

[*]His Rage Switches between a shotgun and an SMG, SMG is only temporary but can take out players in a couple of bullets (e.g Bill's SMG)

[*]His Shotgun has very little ammo, but he gets ammo from killing players with his SMG or Frying Pan. The Shotgun is a one-hit up close

[*]His Melee is a Frying Pan that can destroy Sentries but is a two hit for all classes

ENTRANCE LINE(S):

"Battle plan? I'll just stick to guns."

NOTE: There is a TF2 Reference in the Line:
"We have them surrounded, at least from this side."
Maybe fit that in somewhere?

Class: Sniper
Ability: Super Jump
Rage: Uber for 8 sec, stun players for 3 sec, stun sentries for 4 sec.
