Well,i was playing on the FF2 server normally [explaining who don't plays there : i type sometimes things like 11/10 medic, or something like that,but not always)] . Then i got banned pernamently with no warning or even a mention what i've done. I've sended a friend request to Blinx but he didn't responded.
Then i took my other account(is a @H|H member too) and said "I'll stop"(i don't know with what),then he banned me again with the reason : "Intentionally crashing the server". "intentionally" "crashing"? How? After that my friend(he don't want to be mentioned) who was on the server said,that blinx said something like this :

Owned up to what? Did i glitched the server with a weird bug? NO. I was JUST chatting and normally using normal things like any other normal user,like /donator,/fp,/tp,/ff2boss.
Then i've made a new account,went to the server and asked blinx,if he can kindly explain,why i got the ban without a mention or a warning.Nothing. I asked the people who was playing there : "How the heck i was "intentionally" "crashing the server"? Then Blinx said : "You admitted it" and banned me with the reason : "Alt acc of a banned griefer". I'm NOT ruining the gameplay,so why griefer?
Well,i was banned one time for crashing the server with gs(didn't know that it'll crash). I'm rarely using Grooveshark now So,the only reasons i know for "crashing the server intentionally" is my chatting,my donor weps,,my occasionally lag spikes(500-800 ms ping) and my binds for going into firstperson and thirdperson AND maybe my using of /gs sometimes(but i'm not spamming with it). That "crashing the server intentionally" is completely false,i didn't knew,that i'm crashing the server with anything. It's not the first time i got a ban and i need to ask via my friends,why i got this ban. When the ban was because the chatting why didn't you gagged me( i like to chat,it's my personality,but i like to play more),just a perma? I'd prefer a nice answer,thank you very much.
IF i get a unban(i'm actually sure that not from blinx ...),please unban my other account too,i like to play on both.
P.s. Blinx crashed the server a few times too,for reasons like spamming slaps on someone(totally reasonable),when why i deserve for a perma,in addition without a warning?

TL;DR version : got banned without given reason or warning(my normal,donator main acc),2 times(@H|H reg alt,and a new alt) because i wanted to know the reason,blinx didn't responded to friend request,blinx told me the reason after i've posted this unban appeal,he has only suspicions for that,because a FEW MONTHS ago before i donated i crashed the server multiple times only for funny songs with random texts(didn't knew it was crashing because of it),why would i waste my donation for crashing the server,i'm not so dumb,now waiting for a log check(or whatever blinx wants,dunno) from frog.

Delta, some months ago you very proudly and audibly owned up to crashing the server via Grooveshark, something along the lines of "Hehe just like the time I kept crashing the server with GS :3". You should have been banned right there and then but I thought I'd give you another chance. You're also friends with Synx, the hacker and ban evader with alt accounts, you know very well what he's about but chose to friendly with him whenever he joined, so it's clear that you don't have the server's wellness in your interests. GrooveShark only just started working again, you were connected and the server started crashing repeatedly after hours of up-time, and thus you have been banned on incredibly high suspicion, and on the back of your history.

Like i said,i WAS using grooveshark every 10 secounds when the timer to change songs was 0 a few MONTHS ago,now i'm just rarely using it to hear a song,but maybe it's crashing even when i use it normally. I'm confirming that i am the friend of (actually he isn't now under that username,but whatever) Synx and i was friendlying,but that was like 1-2 months ago! He doesn't even play tf2 anymore,if he is,he's playing egypt/dustbowl only. That grooveshark spamming was some months ago just as you said,i changed,i got better now,when i'd spam with grooveshark,every 2 mins there would be "delta is listening to ...",but i'm using it now normally,so if the song ends,i am reapeating it or just leave gs alone.
If you are suspicous about me anyways,just say frog that he should remove gs,even for some days,to see if gs is actually crashing it or not,almost nobody listens to the songs anyways.
It's maybe because i'm using it,not in the spamming gs every 10 secounds way,just the normal way

I'll leave the final verdict to frog, since he has access to logs etc and can make a more objective judgement.

Like i said,i'm not crashing the server with spamming gs,i'm using it normally(which can maybe crash the server too,but if yes,why is it implanted into the server?). Frog can check that in the logs. I'm just using gs for listening songs sometimes,gawd,is that bad?

It isn't possible to crash the server using the grooveshark command as it's almost entirely client based, i.e. what you type in chat gets added to a URL, that is then opened using the client based command on your PC.
