I have seen HHH spawning on players/hale, cornering or making them unable to move, and sometimes at hale's spawn and staying there, being and insta-kill if it's a map with hazards that make hale go back to his spawn.

Could HHH just spawn on the capture point and start chasing everyone from there?

Horseman spawns at a random player's crosshair and if one looks down at the moment he spawns, there's a chance he gets stuck.

Is being "stuck" (not moving at all) on hale's spawn also for that reason? It spawned there on crevice (wherever hale spawned), and other maps I sadly don't remember the names. And I saw HHH moving on those maps I'm talking about.

If you fall, you basically die (not a problem on crevice).

The HHH has been spawning in the Boss' spawn for some time now.

All maps have had nav meshes generated for them automatically using 'nav_generate'. Unfortunately, due to the way particular maps are constructed, this does not always work. In those cases the HHH remains motionless.

What needs to happen is for someone to manually create a nav mesh for each map where navigation is broken. That someone is not going to be me. It's possible for anyone to do this with a listen server using their TF2 client.

HHH is really bugged sometime!

If he goes against a wall to get you, and got block, he'll sometime just TP/jump on you!
It work from under, sides... sometime can't even see where it come from!

Another stuff... on large maps, if he doesn't see anyone...
He will go and wait on some specific points,
the problem is, that is sometime the respawn point of the Hale!
Like for arena_towertop_final making you auto kill if someone manage
to push you in the pit or you failed your jumps (in some situation, that's just impossible to win, even with most of you HP)!
