I have made a new boss, I got the model, picked the sounds and made the cfg myself.
The boss is Springtrap from Five Nights at Freddy's 3.

Abilities:

Teleport (5 sec charge up, 20 sec cooldown)
Rage (Stun players and sentries)
Weigh-Down
2 lifes, gain a Cow Mangler 5000 on life loss.

I made a few updates to the boss, maybe he's a bit more balanced this time.

Rage (Stun players and sentries for 5 sec, jumpscare covers the screen for 3 sec)
Weigh-down
Raging will give you a Short Circuit with 50 ammo (metal)
Begins with a Cow Mangler 5000 which reloads slowly.
2 lifes. Slow-mo on life loss.
