Well, the server is crashing a lot lately because of the recent TF2 update breaking TF2Items. Hence, as Thunder already mentioned, there are problems with many of the bosses and weapons not have their correct attributes.
On a different note, newcomers often confuse admins such as Thunder and Juiss having a greater amount of power than someone like a moderator, where in fact they don't.
