Hey, I've donated a bit like 5 days ago but as I heard Marukuso did 2 - 3 days before me and didn't get his donor status aswell. I would really like to get my donor status and I bet Marukuso would too. If the donor status still doesn't work, I would like to get refunded + the cost to transfer Euro to British Pound.

Support for both of you. Seen you both without donor for quite some time. Hope the Admins can fix this.

The donor status is supposed to be done automatically as soon as the donation is made.

The reason it hasn't worked is Minty has broken parts of our website by using thehh.co.uk domain to host a blank wordpress site running the hero light theme (a few weeks ago it was redirecting to thehh.eu).

When you donated, PayPal is set up to send an IPN message to thehh.co.uk confirming that payment has been made. As that domain does not now host a receiving script or redirect, the message would have been lost and all the automatic stuff frog programmed did not kick in to add your steamID to the donator database.

We cannot see who has donated and donor status cannot be automatically applied. Unless frog sees this and manually does it you are out of luck I am afraid. Even frog cannot now see who has recently donated to verify the recent donations.

I would suggest putting in a dispute with PayPal if you are not happy with the fact that you have no perks on the server. However, all money that is donated is used to keep the server up and running.

Angry because of the extra work it creates for me with time that I don't have. (I don't see any of the founders taking any responsibility). Angry because of the disrespect it displays to the rest of the community. Angry because it's a deliberate and malicious action that creates a mess for someone else to try and clear up and make good again.

This is a bit of a ridiculous situation, but...

I recently donated and I did that on this account, however, this account is linked the wrong Steam account because it uses a different SteamID. When trying to change it via the settings, it gives me this error saying it's already in use. Now apparently there is another account with the name SkyKnight without the | and that one uses the right ID. I guess I made that account back in the old days for reg application. But I can't acces it anymore.

Long story short, as of now, the donator perks are linked to the wrong steam account and I can't find a way to change it.

Sorry for the inconviniouses.

I'll sort that out when I get home late this evening. In the meantime, please pm me your current steamid.
