I am hearing that there is some misconduct only happening the moment an Admin is not online. Such as chat spamming, micspamming and other potential rules being broken. If this is the case please log it by copying and pasting the chat log on a notepad doc. Then save and copy and paste to us if need be if you are a friend of an Admin of course. Or better still post it to the Player reports section. We cant do anything we dont see. We need solid proof that said misbehaviour is going on whilst were not around at the time.

If it is people micspamming, record a demo with "record (demoname, ie: playerspamming)" in console, then "stop" to stop recording.

Find the demo file in your tf2 directory, and upload it to a file server and post a link on the forums.

We can open the demo and hear the people abusing voice chat.
