FF2 server has been down since 3am

Can't find any other N1 ff2 servers like this one.

frog will being them back online when he's got the time for it. You've got to remember that he does all this work as a hobby and that he's got a real job as well. Patience. I doubt they'll be down for much longer.

Whats probably happened, is frog was ninja changing things, as per normal, when the server crashed... and he couldnt fix the damage done... And when it hit 3am... It still being broken, he screamed out "SCREW IT!!" And in his fury of scripting and trying to repair the broken, he closed the server...
It will probably be up tommorow or something. Plus its given me a reason to go do something else on TF2 for a change..

Completely wild speculation. Frog would not leave the server in a broken state without leaving a message, if a change he made did break the server then he would have reverted from a backup.

I have checked on the server settings and CRON jobs are set to not automatically restart the server in the early hours of the morning.

It could be a genuine crash or there could have been a server update that broke something with the FF2 files.

Until Frog posts something I will not be attempting to restart the server.

Haha thats also totally true, yeah I guess you better play it safe... Its ok i have an excuse to mann up now.

I've been away the past couple of days. On train home. Server is up again.
