Before joining go to the advanced options, somewhere on the bottom there's an option called Disable MOTD's click on it so the option is marked. then go to the server wait for the timer to run join the team and go back to advanced options and unmark it.

NOTE: on every ending of a map you got to do this over and over

Yep i found it as disable HTML options [MOTD]. The problem is when i join now it says

Disconnect.

So : LOLwut

Yeah, i found out that earlier today. Try joining and before the adverds show up to put it out. But yeah, this isn't a way you want to use for the rest of yout TF2 time.

might as well just find another server, to bad it has to end this way.

Frog's already told you all that the problem is something built into Flash and not something he can control.

There's no point blaming the mod of a server when he has no access, influence, or control over how Java interacts with a MOTD.

He's suggested a few fixes based on brief searches (most likely just through a bit of google searching) but it's highly likely you've got to wait until the next major update of Flash.

Just saying that it's impossible to skip MOTD. There are ways, yes but we can't because it crashes/makes us disconnect. We had a solution, hours later that solution got blocked by trying in the server. Not flaming everyone just MOTD and pinion pot o gold, i knows you guys use it to keep the servers and that's good. It's just..... *can't remember the word*

BTW: I think a solution would be to make a reg rank with the ads disabled like donnors.
The other solution could be donating because i think that disables the ads
