Can we help getting this guy banned

His name is Rainbow Cakes, an hes the most disrespectful and annoying person Ive ever come across.

Hes just constantly annoying people, making racist insults and everytime we try and votemute/votekick him, some people are too stupid to vote.

If something can be done now, everyone would appreciated it
