I can't connect or download some Maps! I need help please! I already tried to Mappack and the Maps from the "Fast-Download-Server"! HELP!

I don't know anythng about the FF2 maps I'm afraid so I can't help. However hopefully someone with some knowledge on the subject will be along soon. C'mon folks, give the guy some help!

Check settings on your PC and that your sufficient space on HDD.
You can manually download maps from our fastdownload server, unpack them and place them in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps\
