I no this may sound totally unfair and impossible, but can u upgrade the Dalek with no hit box at all apart from the eye-stalk like it should be and you can do no backstabs at all.

If you want to hit it you need the cow-mangler 5000, pomson 6000, The Righteous Bison etc. anything that involves lasers and you can headshot, flare gun (with no afterburn) and bonk the Dalek only on the eye-stake.

I no people may not like this idea but its the way it should be.

Doctor Who series 1 episode 3, episode 12 and 13, series 2 episode 12 and 13 etc. any episode with a Dalek in it.

I do hope this will happen. (otherwise its not really a Dalek if its the way it was now)

Nah Dalek just need proper sound of fire, thats it. He can be defeated easily while playing smart. Slow but quite powerful -just well balanced. Only this shot sound and will be perfect.
