I have been on other FF2 servers, and I found one with Spyper, who was interesting.

He has a kukri and an invisi watch, he had teleportation and his rage ubered him and he got out a revolver.

It's up to everyone else if they want to do it like that other server did.

Invisi Watch AND teleport AND übered rage AND revolver. Seems a bit too much...

If this is the same version that was on a server I used to play on then he is one of the weekest hales there is xD
